The staff were extremely accommodating and outstandingly friendly. The hotel has an unbeatable location close to excellent cafes. Rooms come with existing bedding, which is convenient.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean. The smell in the room was very pleasant - it smelled fresh. The staff is polite, friendly and accomodating. After a swim in the pool we sat in a beautiful outside area, surrounded by oak trees. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed the deck and environment. It felt cozy and relaxing.

The pool is indoor and there is a strong odor of chlorine. Thankfully there was a door that opened to the outside and I was able to swing it open to let fresh air in.

Attentive staff. Good sized room with a balcony and with a lot of space. Good and excellent location to Fountains at Roseville. Honestly no reason to complain

The staff was excellent, the room was clean and spacious and there was plenty of parking. The only negative thing I could say was that housekeeping opened the door around 9am while we were still in bed.

Had a great one-night stay here! The location was perfect, just steps away from restaurants, shopping, activities, and even a water park 🌊.

I like the location, near plenty of places to eat and shop. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was included in our price ... it was not edible. The french toast was runny and not cooked at all. The sausage was not cooked either. Seems like maybe everything is microwaved, so that could be the problem.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great and we were able to check in early. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is close to several restaurants, including Black Bear, and is conveniently located near transportation and the city center. The breakfast was good and the facilities were clean.

The location was marvelous, right next door to a water park and excellent cafes and dining options. The breakfast included free coffee. The service was excellent. The heated pool was a great amenity.

Difficult access and egress from property. Though I-80 is right there which should be convenient, it is anything but easy to get on or off to the property especially without making U-turns and lanes that are not navigable.

they didn't tell me there was a youth football tournament going on and all the teams where staying at the hotel. I check in 3 hours after I bought the room and all the kids where there they knew I was coming with my fiance to get away.I asked if we could switch rooms because they where running through the hall andcwe coukd hear them but they told us all rooms where bought ... It was a terrible experience and way to over priced .and your two guys up front have terrible costumer service ....ill go on to yelp and other review sites to let them know the court yard is a rip off

The location is great, with Sunsplash and the mall across the street, and within walking distance to the Water Park. The East side rooms overlook a peaceful green belt area. Service is satisfactory, and free wifi is a bonus. However, the walls are too thin, causing disturbances from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The walls are so thin that noise from other rooms and hallway can be heard easily.
